What we do

One crew, every layer of the job.

Most foundation problems aren't just a foundation problem — they're soil, drainage, plumbing and concrete working against each other. We handle the whole stack so you're not hiring four contractors. Hover a panel to open it.

01

Free Inspection

Diego or a senior estimator walks the property, checks door frames, cracks and slope, and gives you a written estimate on the spot.

02

Diagnose the Movement

We map where the foundation has settled and identify whether clay, drainage, or plumbing is the root cause.

03

Excavate Access Points

Crews dig at each pier location, and tunnel underneath for any plumbing that needs to be reached from below.

04

Set & Drive Piers

Hydraulic piers are driven to stable strata below the reactive clay, then used to lift the structure back to level.

05

Plumbing & Concrete

Any slab leaks or lines are repaired, then footings and flatwork are poured and finished.

06

Backfill & Warranty

We backfill, grade for drainage, and hand you a written warranty on the pier work.

Why Texas homes move

Blame the clay, not the builder.

Gulf Coast Texas sits on expansive clay that swells when it's wet and shrinks hard in a Houston summer drought. That constant movement is what cracks slabs, sticks doors, and pulls foundations out of level — even on well-built homes.

It's not a one-time fix. It's an ongoing relationship with the ground under your house, and it's why we build every repair around soil that won't keep moving.
